Pool bar is the place to enjoy your drinks before going to Chora.

If I ever go to Mykonos again, I will try booking there before seeing anything else.

We stayed for just two days but it was enough to prove the comfort, great location, hospitality, professionalism, friendship, affection etc. Mrs Sofia, George and Sek are so affectionate and attentive, making us feel at home. It is impossible not to like. There are no complaints …. Miss and desire to return.

Ficamos por apenas dois dias, mas foi o suficiente para comprovar o conforto, ótima localização, acolhida, profissionalismo, amizade, carinho etc. Mrs Sofia, George and Sek são tão afetuosos e atenciosos , que nos faz sentir em casa. Não tem como não gostar. Não há do que reclamar …. Saudades e vontade de voltar.

Sofia is the greatest hostess ever!!She pick up us from the airport , take us to the port when leaving Mikonos…always ready to help and smile. The hotel has a great pool with a nice view of the sea. Easy to get to the bus stop to go to the beach. We would definelty go back!!!Gracias Sofia!!!!Lidia y Nestor

Great Hôtel, near center city of mykonos.. Rooms and all staff very nice. One problem, i don t find the station radio “blu blu lounge” listened at the swiming pool 🙁

Its a very nice place!!! they are so great people…. Sophia and Panos ar very heplfull. If i go back mykonos (i hope!!!) I ´ll go there sureeee!!!

Just back from 12 days at Mykonos. Stayed at Sofia Village the whole time and liked the place very much an will be back. Sofia was at the airport and pick me up. Great free service and she is very frendly and hellpfull. Giorgios at the pool bar is a great and nice. Hotel is good located near Mykonos town. Hard walk home at night.

Had a great time at Sofia Village. Unbelievably chilled out atmosphere, great people, really helpful. Best bar tender I’ve come across… George, if you read this, add me on facebook bro, i’ll be in touch next time I come back (Luke Tan).

Really affordable, got a 5 bed room, 1 double 3 singles, segmented in to two rooms, and a toilet for 20 euros a night.

Just had an awesome time and I’ll definitely be back.

Hi guys, Sofia Village is one of the most beautiful places on Mykonos island. I’ve been going there for 15 years now. Sofia, Panos, Georgy, Matthew are gorgeous people. whenever I’m there, I always have a wonderful stay at sofia Village. Georgy runs the place and he is helpful, nice and understanding. The gorgeous swimming pool gives you the chance to relax over a drink…… I highly recommend ….. Pier

This is long overdue, as I stayed at Sofia’s in July 2011, but as I am planning another trip and relying on people’s recommendations for bookings, I felt I had to go back and say how good Sofia’s was! After travelling around Europe for a year, this was the best stay I had. Myself and three girlfriends LOVED the simple, clean rooms, and the hotel was everything we had imagined Greek island style to be. The pool and bar and the SUNSET VIEW were AMAZING. George is by far the best bartender I have ever met, the cocktails were an amazing warm-up before heading into town, often with people we had just met at sunset time around the bar! It really felt like a family, there were guests who have returned annually for five years. George recommended the best local gyros and was going to join us for dinner on our last night but we were too quick 🙁
and the hill is not a problem at all, you’d want to be be pretty concerned about your fitness level if that’s putting you off! Rent ATV’s, the best way the get around and explore the island anyway. I cannot recommend Sofia’s more highly, and I can’t wait to go back soon!

Just back fro touring Greek islands, had a wonder stay at the sofia village, Panos picked us up from the port which was unexpected but great, Sofia was very nice so ignore all those bad things people say about her, she is just a typical greek mum…. and George, well he runs the place, great guy, very helpful, quiet and easy to talk to, in all we, my wife and two teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. We stayed four nights. Highly recommend. Irish family.

Sofia Village is a faboulous place to stay in Mykonos: very good rates for the island, near the city centre, amazing terrace with pool, amazing view… But beware of Sofia, not so friendly though!! Avoid talking/asking for something to her, instead try with the rest of the staff!! (George, the barman, for instance). Apart from the inhospitality of Sofia, the rest of our stay was great!

The place to be!!!!! 2005 was my first visit there and since then I never looked for another place to stay in Mykonos!!! Sofia and Panos are just great!!! Greek hospitality is what they offer first of all!!!
